How We Process Payments
All payments are handled via secure, encrypted gateways that meet PCI DSS requirements. Your card details are protected in transit and managed by our payment partners. In some cases, your bank may ask for an extra approval step (for example, 3D Secure or a one-time code) before the payment is authorised.

When We Charge
Payment is taken when you confirm your order. If additional verification is requested by your bank, the order is completed once that step is approved.

Refunds
If a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes to appear on your statement is set by your bank or card issuer.

Digital Wallet Notes
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are available where supported by your device, browser and region. If you do not see a wallet option at checkout, please select a card instead.
