Returning Items

To begin, email info@belgravestudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm approval and share the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to you.

Please package the item securely to prevent damage in transit. A trackable service is recommended so you can follow the parcel until it reaches us.

Getting Your Money Back

Once the return arrives, we check that it meets the criteria. After approval, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to seven working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

A Different Size or Style

If you would like an exchange, email info@belgravestudio.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability and guide you through returning the original item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and items must be unused with all original tags and packaging.

Updating or Cancelling an Order

If you need to amend details or cancel, contact info@belgravestudio.com as soon as possible. Changes can be made only before an order enters processing or is dispatched.

If Your Order Arrives Not As Expected

If something arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, email info@belgravestudio.com with a short description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange the right next step.
