Just the Basics
- Order cut-off: 16:00 GMT
- Processing: 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery window: 3-4 working days after dispatch
- Cost: Free delivery on all United Kingdom orders
How Your Order Proceeds
Place your order before 16:00 GMT and we begin preparation within 0-2 working days, Monday to Friday. You’ll receive an email when preparation starts and another on dispatch with a tracking link. You can also follow the status any time on our Tracking Page.
When to Expect Delivery
For addresses within the United Kingdom, delivery takes 3-4 working days from dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not included. Free delivery is applied automatically; no minimum spend or code is required.
If Your Delivery Is Delayed
If the stated window has passed, allow 2 additional working days and check your tracking updates. If there is still no movement, email info@belgravestudio.com with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
Updating or Cancelling an Order
If you need to amend details or cancel, contact info@belgravestudio.com as soon as possible. Changes can be made only before an order enters processing or is dispatched.
If Your Order Arrives Not As Expected
If something arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, email info@belgravestudio.com with a short description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange the right next step.
